Considering the later events, I am really worried about my family’s future. According to the current social rules, the elder son should Always receive the inheritance, which I think is really unfair. None of my sisters are married including me. How are we supposed to live without money?
I know Jonh has promissed to my father that he would
help us with money issues, but I don’t trust his wife, Fany Ferrars. He is
easily influenciated by her, and she is really selfish. It’s
clear as water that we are not welcome here anymore.
The only nice thing that has happened to me in the
past few days is the arrival of Edward Ferrars, Fany’s brother. He’s not really
handsome, but he has a kind heart. Despite the fact that my
father’s just passed away, I think i’m falling for him. I feel really guilty. How
am i even capable of falling in love when my father is dead? I’m really good at
hiding my emotions, but that doesn’t mean i didn’t suffer.
Anyways, Mrs Ferrars wouldn’t even approve this relationship.
She wants Edward to marry a girl from high society. My mom thinks that Mrs Ferrars
is trying to insult me by saying things like that, which I find really outrageous.
I also
suspect that Fany is trying to find a way to kick us out of the house, since it
belongs to her now. However, we will move faster and leave this house as soon
as possible.
Don't worry, good things are going to happen with you and your family. You must keep your head calm, and follow the reason because you'll need to guide them. So.... be fine,and i hope to see you again.
